Intentional Breathing in the Machine World: Dave Busuttil Sac Estuary Plenary Session

In this plenary address from the Sacramento Estuary Conference at Living Stones CRC, Dave Busuttil presents *"Living in the Age of Intentional Breathing,"* exploring the constant tension between automatic habits ("running programs") and conscious human agency. Dave examines how decision fatigue, digital algorithms, and the illusion of infinite choice dominate modern life—and how intentional resets, local embodied practices, and grace allow us to reclaim real agency. Following his presentation, Pastor Paul Vander Klay, Tim Blackmon, Raj, and Jared Smith join Dave for a panel discussion and audience Q&A covering free will, the theology of breath (*Ruach*), Christ in Gethsemane, and breaking free from automatic routines.
